Raymond Thomas

An entrepreneur, leadership consultant, facilitator and coach with outstanding career experience in process management and productivity enhancement. Being a process-oriented individual, he coaches leaders to characterize, review, optimizes and tweaks systems to the needs of the stakeholders.

 

He is the founder and managing director of The Leadership Paradigm which is focused and dedicated to leadership consulting, development and coaching. He collaborates with MNCs to develop and grow their talent pool and HIPO teams to excel in the current needs of the organization.

Sanjay Mehta

An entrepreneur and executive coach with a strong passion for learning and making people successful. He has been a facilitator, coach, trainer and consultant for more than 8 years bringing with him 20 years of career and leadership experience mostly in the IT industry including a large MNC, leading businesses and teams locally, regionally in Asia and also in the USA.

 

He founded Aetherplus, an organization dedicated to enhancing organizational performance through learning innovation and excellence in learning in the areas of Leadership, Management, Innovation, Change, Projects, Process and Technology.

Balwant Singh

A serial entrepreneur and consultant with extensive leadership roles in Management, Business Development, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Partnerships & Alliances with MNC's and start-ups in Asia Pacific. 

 

He co-founded Dyxlar and is involved with consulting and provision of professional services for program management, business operations, and software development to IT product companies and providing electronics engineering services for end-to-end product development lifecycle; managing design and development of IoT and Wearable technology products.
