You experience times in your life where you are faced with challenges, difficulties and issues. Being resilient means being able to cope, adapt and bounce back when something difficult happens in your life. It is the ability to once again pick yourself up after trauma or painful experience. Your levels of resiliency will change and develop throughout your lives, and at points, you will find that you do not cope as well as others, as well as surprising yourself when you manage a difficult situation. In essence, resilience is a psychological tool you can implement to get yourself back to feeling normal again.

How will the sessions be conducted?
It will be conducted in 2 separate sessions of 2 x 90-minutes runs with 20-minute breaks in between per day. This will be for a total of 6-hours.
How to access the E-Workshop?
Once your registration has been confirmed, an e-mail containing the Zoom Meeting ID and Password will be sent to you.

Stable Wi-Fi connection
A desktop or a laptop with audio and video features *Participants without audio/video transmission will not be admitted
