My gratitude to Sanjay for being such a great coach over the past several months. I truly enjoyed the experience and have learnt a great deal from him. Before I started, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as I’ve not gone through a coaching session before. However it has allowed me to gain a better understanding of myself and what are the areas that I could improve on. And I am the one who came up with what and how I want to improve which is great as I am able to do it at my own pace. Hope he continues to touch others and help them look inside themselves and be great leaders!

I had recently switched jobs and found myself struggling with a different management style. The workshop – Resilience at the workplace - worked out much better than my expectation as I was able to leave with a concise, short-term plan that I can implement right away. Also, the facilitators were highly responsive and engaging. I highly recommend this workshop, especially if you find yourself in a challenging position right now

Sanjay’s coaching has helped reinforce and give “voice” to my point of view and I turned up with courage to be vulnerable. The exercise was both revealing and compelling; I only had to think about what actions I took over the course of my life to embrace the fact that these 3 values circumvent all else. Raymond's energy and passion for his training is evident. I even used one of the tools he showed in class to help me in my personal life. He also used puzzles and games to bring home the point of how to stay creative and throw in the towel when solving problems
