The ONE skill AI will never fully replace is:

knowing how to work with people.

Influential Communication & Stakeholder Management
is what separates professionals who get things done from those who watch good work go nowhere. This workshop gives you the frameworks, the practice, and the plan to do it well.
From ENiBLE, a veteran L&D company who has worked with the likes of:

Why this matters more than any certification right now

AI is absorbing the tasks that used to signal competence. What it cannot absorb is the ability to read a room, manage relationships across power dynamics, and move people when it counts. That is where your edge is – if you build it.

Most professionals were never taught to map the people around them – who holds power, who shapes opinion, who has the most to gain or lose.

Good ideas fail because of how they’re communicated, not what they contain. The skill to structure a message that actually moves people is rarer than it should be.

The professionals who remain indispensable don’t have the most credentials, they’re the ones people trust to navigate complexity. Because complexity is always about people.

What the workshop covers (in just 2 days!)

Everything is applied to your real workplace context. You work on your actual stakeholders, your actual challenges – not case studies.
Module 1: Defining Your Stakeholder Landscape

Who your stakeholders actually are – internal, external, and the ones you're probably underestimating.

Module 2: Stakeholder Mapping

Two proven frameworks — Power-Interest and Influence-Impact — applied to a live issue you're navigating right now.

Module 3:
Reading Different Personalities

Four communication styles, mapped to your actual stakeholders. Learn to adapt your approach and reduce friction.

Module 4:
Managing Perception & Emotion

How assumptions and emotional triggers shape reactions – and how to stay effective under pressure.

Module 5: Communication Skills That Build Trust

Structured communication, empathetic listening, and the kind of clarity that turns conversations into alignment.

Module 6:
Objection Handling & Saying No

How to reduce defensiveness, maintain rapport, and deliver a professional no without damaging the relationship.

Module 7: Your Stakeholder Engagement Plan

You leave with a complete, practical plan for your key stakeholders – messaging, strategy, risk mitigation, and a clear roadmap you can act on immediately.

With over two decades in leadership, customer experience, and organizational development, I’ve worked across diverse industries and cultures from leading regional training at M&M/Mars across 11 countries to preparing 14,000 team members for the grand opening of Resorts World Sentosa. My work spans service blueprint design, L&D strategy, and organizational transformation. But what truly drives me is people: seeing individuals grow more confident, skilled, and inspired. Whether coaching leaders or embedding a new service culture, my focus remains the same:

helping people and organizations become the best versions of themselves.

FAQs

Most courses give you a framework and send you on your way. This one puts you to work on your real situations, with real facilitators who have been in the room themselves.

Everything is contextualised to what you are actually dealing with at work. The group is capped at 12 so the session stays focused and personally relevant. You leave having practised the skills, not just heard about them.
Yes. The skills in this workshop are not industry-specific, they are people skills. Stakeholders behave the same way whether you work in aviation, finance, healthcare, or the public sector.

As long as you have people whose buy-in matters to your work, this workshop applies to you.
Absolutely. This workshop is open to anyone who works with internal or external stakeholders, regardless of title or seniority.

If you collaborate with colleagues, report to a manager, or work with clients, stakeholder management is already part of your role. This workshop helps you do it more intentionally.
Both. If you are earlier in your career, you will build a structured foundation that most people only develop through years of trial and error. If you are more experienced, you will sharpen what you already do intuitively and leave with a clearer method.

The only requirement is that you work with stakeholders and are comfortable communicating in English.

Combined with the engagement plan you build on the day, you leave with both a reference and a roadmap, not just memories of a workshop.
You can learn a lot on your own, but information is not the gap for most people. Practice is.

We have done the research, tested what works across hundreds of programmes, and distilled it into a single focused day. More importantly, you get to practise in a live environment with real feedback, which is something no video can give you.
No prior training in communication or stakeholder management is needed.

You will get the most out of the day if you come with a real workplace situation in mind, a project, a relationship, or a challenge you are currently navigating.
There will not be an assessment, however, the workshop ends with a capstone exercise where you build a stakeholder engagement plan for a real initiative you are leading.

It is a practical deliverable, not a test. You leave with something you can use straight away.
Yes. All participants who complete the workshop receive a certificate of completion from ENiBLE.
It is a fair concern. That is why we send weekly tip sheets for four weeks after the workshop to keep the frameworks fresh and prompt you to practise them in real situations.
Not currently, and SkillsFuture credits cannot be applied.

At SGD 400, the workshop is priced to be accessible without subsidy. For context, this programme was originally developed for an institutional engagement valued at SGD 10,000. You are accessing the same content.
If you cannot make your registered session, you can transfer your place to the next available run, no questions asked.
